All orders shipped by The Heel Vault generally require signature confirmation unless otherwise requested. If signature is waived, the customer accepts full liability for lost or missing packages. 

 

In the event that a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for re-dispatch. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.The Heel Vault is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

 

All packages are insured by The Heel Vault up to a maximum of $150. The Heel Vault is not liable for lost or damaged items beyond this amount unless additional third-party shipping insurance is purchased at the time of order. In the absence of additional insurance, any claims exceeding the $150 coverage must be filed directly by the buyer with the shipping carrier and/or insurance provider.
